Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE O/A levels or higher/diploma required.
• NITEC with 2+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' wellbeing and monitor whereabouts on duty.
• Provide close supervision and maintain discipline per daily programme.
• Motivate residents to participate in BT daily activities (sports, programs, incentives).
• Support and facilitate programmes related to residents.
• Engage and develop positive relationships with residents.
• Promote a safe and positive living environment and culture.
• Manage residents' behaviour in a positive, nurturing manner.
• Provide high quality of care and collaborate with Residential Services staff.
• Ensure smooth handovers and reporting to the next Duty Officer.
