Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Process Technical Specialist within Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD).

You will work on leading packaging process technology for memory devices, collecting data, conducting SWR and contributing to process improvements to ensure successful technology introduction and ramp. You will engage with supervisors and manufacturing groups, handling data extraction, reporting, and KPI monitoring across products and lines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Materials Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong interest in working in a multifaceted environment.
• Basic computer language scripting skills (Python, SQL, visual basic etc) are advantaged.
• Experience in Tableau is preferred.
• Prior semiconductor experiences are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist process owners on daily tasks such as Cpk improvement, material disposition and engineering job submissions for analysis.
• Data mining and analysis using advanced data analyzing tools and support cross-section measurements for failure analysis.
• Assist in inline inspection and coordinate non-routine metro/RDA inspection on R&D experiments.
• Support process operations associated with development activities and perform process characterization.
• Support new DID setup, new process system setup including SPACE/FDC/LMS/GerM and TOPO management.
• Monitor inline/probe/final parametric indices for deviations and trigger investigations promptly.
• Be proficient with Micron systems (Micron Central/MAM/SPACE) for routine tasks.
• Contribute towards improving APTD procedures, systems/tools, process capability, yield and quality.
• Assist process development team supervisors to manage KPI such as GCP, SWR, and WIP.
