Job summary

Republic Polytechnic is seeking an meticulous Assistant Manager (Admissions Systems) in Singapore to oversee end-to-end system enhancements for admissions. You will coordinate with MOE, IHLs and the vendor to ensure timely, quality delivery and smooth rollout from requirements to post go-live support.

The role requires strong documentation, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination with a focus on accuracy and process alignment with admissions policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions systems or IT system projects is required.
• Ability to document business and functional requirements clearly.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements from requirements to rollout and post go-live support.
• Track project plans, timelines, issues, and risk registers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor vendor deliverables against scope, specs, milestones and SLAs.
• Escalate risks and issues and recommend mitigations.
• Collaborate with MOE and IHLs to gather and document requirements.
• Translate admissions policies and workflows into system requirements.
• Manage UAT and coordinate defect logging, triage and resolution with the vendor.
• Support production setup, cutover planning and rollout activities.
• Monitor post-deployment performance and rectify bugs or gaps after go-live.
