Job summary

Nanyang Institute of Management is seeking an Admissions Executive to analyze applications, manage student pass processes, and support agent relations. The role involves coordinating with the recruitment team, handling inquiries, and participating in open houses and events to attract prospective students.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma with 1–2 years in education, possess strong organisational and communication skills, and are fluent in English and Chinese. On-site work in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 1–2 years relevant working experience in an academic institution; entry level candidates are welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal, social and customer service skills; possess a positive attitude.
• Highly organised and meticulous; able to prioritise and multitask.
• Fluency in English and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze applications of prospective students (local and abroad) based on admission policies.
• Manage all student status on Student Pass applications, appeals, issuance, and related costs.
• Handle agent applications, renewals and agent list updates under Skillfuture Guidance Documents.
• Familiar with ICA procedures for application cases and SOLAR+ accounts creation.
• Support recruitment team with admission documents and host student enquiries online and on-site.
• Participate in student recruitment events, open houses, fairs, information sessions, and school visits.
