Job summary

Nanyang Institute of Management Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for the Assistant Manager, Student Recruitment role. Based in Singapore, you will recruit international students, build relationships with new agents, and participate in exhibitions to support NIM's expansion and brand identity.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor degree, at least 2 years in education consultation, and strong communication with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree holders
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (education consultation)
• Preferably in private education industry
• Preferably with good knowledge of Singapore education industry
• A matured person and able to work independently and as a team to contribute the effort to hit team/individual's target
• Able to work under pressure and meet time constraints
• Negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
• Willingness to travel as required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in Local Language and English

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Vice President Student Recruitment & Admission to recruit and admit international students from countries in support of expansion and brand identity.
• Recruit, train and establish good working relations with New Agents for student recruitment.
• Participate in exhibitions/road shows for agent/student recruitment.
• Liaise with enquiries and identify students’ needs to explain the right programme to enrol.
• Follow up leads and arrange one-to-one course consultations via phone/social media/face-to-face appointments.
• Do research and establish global partnerships with colleges/universities or institutions for NIM.
• Handle all admission required documents for students to submit final admission documents to Singapore.
