Job summary

TOKIO MARINE INSURANCE SINGAPORE LTD. is seeking an entry-level underwriting associate to support motor risk assessment, document issuance, and policy administration. You will work in TM Online and with the Motor Underwriting team to ensure accurate risk details and timely processing of referrals, endorsements, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Assist underwriting of motor risks in TM Online or assigned accounts, including checking details.
• Document issuance and policy administration (referrals, endorsements, policy issuance, fleet administration, renewals) for Motor Underwriting in TM Online and PAsia.
• Assist in keying in new car models in the system and manage new vehicle registrations.
• Back up to the administration team and support department head as needed.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the Underwriting of motor risks in TM Online or any risks / account assigned – including checking of all detail for motor insurances.
• Document issuance and policy administration (Such as Processing Referrals, Endorsements, issuance of policy, fleet administration, renewal matters etc.) required by the Motor Underwriting Department in TMoL and PAsia.
• Assist in the keying in of new car models in system
• New vehicle registration
• Back up to the administration team
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by Team Lead Underwriter and/or Department Head.
