Job summary

Samsung-C in Singapore seeks a senior Finance & Administration lead to oversee the full set of accounts, budget planning, and cash flow management. You will provide financial analyses to user departments and ensure timely month-end close, with consolidation reports to Headquarter.

The role also covers liaison with landlords, partners, suppliers, contractors and vendors, as well as managing accommodation, office administration, and HR-related projects for expat staff.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of work experience in the construction industry in an A1-equivalent main contractor environment handling mega infrastructure projects.
• LTA MRT project experience in an A1-equivalent main contractor company is an added advantage.
• SAP software experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead teams on construction projects.
• Willingness to work a 6-day work week and overtime when required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts and budget planning processes.
• Provide financial accounting support and analyses to users department.
• Prepare cash flow management processes and monitor payments.
• Review expenditures and ensure timely settlement of invoices.
• Liaise with landlords, partners, suppliers, contractors and vendors.
• Oversee company accommodation and general office administration.
