Job summary

Samsung C&T in Singapore seeks an experienced finance and HR leader to manage the full spectrum of accounting, budgeting, and monthly closings while supporting regional HR projects. You will coordinate with landlords, suppliers, and contractors, and oversee accommodation and general admin for a busy project portfolio.

The role requires 20+ years in construction with A1 main contractor exposure, strong SAP skills, and proven leadership to guide multiple projects across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
• 20+ years of construction industry experience in an A1 main contractor role.
• LTA MRT project experience is an added advantage.
• SAP software experience is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead a project team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 6-day work week with overtime commitment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Managing full set of accounts and budgeting process.
• Providing financial accounting support and analyses to users department.
• Preparing cash flow management processes.
• Reviewing expenditures and ensuring timely invoice settlements.
• Liaising with landlords, partners, suppliers, contractors and vendors.
• Manage company accommodation and general office administration.
• Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts and consolidated reports.
• Support global and regional HR projects and new project shared services.
• Handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and budgeting.
• Oversee onboarding to exit of expat staff.
