Job summary

SAMSUNG C&T CORPORATION seeks a senior finance and HR professional to oversee the full spectrum of accounting, budgeting, and HR activities for mega infrastructure projects in Singapore. The role requires leadership to guide a project team, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with landlords, vendors, and partners.

Responsibilities include monthly closings, consolidated reporting for Headquarters, cash flow processes, and supporting global HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
• 20 years of experience in construction industry at A1 main contractor level handling mega infrastructure projects.
• Experience with LTA MRT projects at A1 level is an advantage.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• Proven leadership to lead a project team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work 6-day week and overtime when required.
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and budget planning.
• Provide financial accounting support and analyses to user departments.
• Prepare cash flow management processes.
• Review expenditure payments and monitor payment due dates to ensure timely settlements.
• Liaise with landlords, partners, suppliers, contractors and vendors.
• Manage the company accommodation.
• Manage general office administration.
• Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts.
• Prepare consolidated monthly reports for Headquarter.
• Support global and regional HR projects.
• Plan and manage shared services for new projects.
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, HR budgeting and related matters.
• Oversee onboarding through exit of expat staff.
