Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate delivery updates from Hillview office.

You will build long-term relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

This full-time role runs Mon-Fri with office hours and offers salary up to SGD 4,000 plus career progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, sales quotations, orders, and delivery arrangements to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations to convert sales enquiries into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to coordinate order processing and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Address customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling of products or services.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
