University seeks a proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Registrar's Office and academic policy initiatives in Punggol, Singapore. The role covers meeting coordination, records management, data reporting, and day-to-day operations.
You will assist Convocation planning, respond to enquiries, and provide general support for ongoing projects. Overtime is required during peak periods, including Convocation.
Salary: $2,760/month
Location: Punggol
Contract: Immediate till Dec 2026 (extendable/convertible based on performance & business needs)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Note: Overtime is required during peak periods (particularly during Convocation). Candidates should be comfortable working extended hours when necessary.
Support Academic Policy and Registrar's Office initiatives, including meeting coordination, documentation, records management, and follow-up on action items.
Assist in reviewing and updating academic policies, procedures, templates, and related documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on policy-related exercises, operational matters, and data collection.
Verify data, prepare reports, track submissions, and maintain accurate records.
Provide administrative support for Registrar's Office projects and day-to-day operations.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution ofthe university's Convocation, including logistics, event preparation, and on-site operations.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery and operational readiness.
Manage and respond to enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure enquiries are followed up and resolved efficiently.
Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing projects and initiatives.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Experience in administration, event coordination, project coordination, or higher education will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularlyExcel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working overtime during peak periods, particularly around Convocation.
