Job summary

N-TECH ELECTRICS PTE. LTD. is seeking an incumbent to manage the full accounting cycle, including AP, AR and general ledger, while ensuring accurate bank reconciliations.

The role also covers payroll processing, CPF submissions and staff claims, plus general admin duties to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will maintain precise records, assist with monthly closings and support procurement and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts - AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation
• Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, payment vouchers
• Maintain office filing, documentation and office supplies
• Process staff payroll, overtime, claims and CPF submission
• Handle petty cash and monthly financial closing
• Handle phone calls, correspondence and general office administration
