Job summary

J.MEMO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced accounting professional to handle the full set of accounts and deliver timely financial reporting. The role includes managing AP/AR, GST submissions, and regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow monitoring.

You will assist in budgeting and forecasting, liaise with auditors and tax agents, and maintain proper documentation while supervising junior staff where applicable. This is a hands-on financial role in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare GST submission quarterly and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Supervise junior staff (if any) and review their work.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
