Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Industry Engagement Assistant to support the Industry Engagement Manager in orchestrating collaborations, live projects and programme activities, ensuring smooth delivery. You will assist with logistics, event setup and stakeholder coordination to create a professional experience.

You'll help prepare materials, track timelines, maintain records and use digital tools for project tracking, calendar management and enquiries, contributing to the success

Responsibilities

• Assist the Industry Engagement Manager in driving the execution of industry collaborations, live projects and programme activities, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Support industry talks, workshops and events, including logistics, materials preparation and on-site coordination.
• Arrange venues, equipment, registration lists and event-day setups, working proactively with academic, technical and facilities teams.
• Support in hosting industry guests, ensuring a professional and well-managed experience.
• Prepare agendas, briefing decks, meeting materials and minutes for project and event discussions.
• Track project timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Update and maintain accurate documentation, operational checklists and project records.
• Use digital tools (shared drives, spreadsheets, workflow trackers, online forms) to support project tracking and day-to-day operations.
• Manage calendar scheduling and respond to general industry-related enquiries.
