Role Summary:
Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Centre Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the education centre. The role involves student administration, class coordination, handling enquiries, maintaining records and supporting centre activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Centre Manager in the daily running of the centre.
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, documentation, record keeping and updating of databases.
- Assist with student enrolment, registration and maintenance of accurate student records.
- Coordinate class schedules, teacher availability and classroom arrangements to ensure smooth lesson operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from parents, students and teachers through phone, email and messaging platforms.
- Track student attendance and conduct follow-up with parents or students where required.
- Prepare administrative documents, reports, notices, correspondence and other centre materials.
- Assist with billing, payment records, fee collection records and other basic administrative finance duties.
- Support the Centre Manager in coordinating centre activities, events, programmes and other operational requirements.
- Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming reception/front desk environment.
- Monitor office and classroom supplies and assist with stock and inventory management.
- Liaise with teachers, parents, students, vendors and other external parties when required.
- Undertake any other administrative and operational duties assigned by the Centre Manager.

- Saturday: 9.30am–4pm

Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Prior administrative, customer service, reception or education centre experience will be advantageous.
- Comfortable communicating with parents, students and teachers.
- Good organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Able to perform data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Service-oriented, responsible, patient and attentive to details.
- Able to work independently as well as support the Centre Manager and teaching team.
- Must be comfortable working on Saturdays.
