Job Summary

You will support daily office operations by managing documents, assisting procurement and logistics, and communicating with clients and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage filing, data entry, and document organization to maintain accurate office records
  • Assist with creating and processing purchase orders to support procurement activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers to track orders and maintain inventory records
  • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails to provide clear information on delivery schedulesCommunicate effectively with clients and suppliers in Mandarin and Chinese to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Prepare and maintain safety and compliance reports required by regulatory authorities
