Job summary

MEASUREMENT & VERIFICATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced ACMV technician to service and maintain building systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, and commissioning of chillers, AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF, and related equipment.

The role requires 3–5 years of ACMV servicing experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to travel to customer sites. Good communication with clients is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of ACMV servicing and maintenance experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Willing to travel to customer sites across Singapore and attend after-hours calls.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for ACMV systems.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot ACMV equipment.
• Repair and replace defective ACMV components.
• Perform servicing, testing, and commissioning after repairs.
• Attend service calls and emergency breakdowns promptly.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend repair or replacement works.
• Liaise with customers to understand issues and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers when required.
• Ensure WSH compliance and safety procedures are followed.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Assist in planning maintenance schedules and manpower deployment.
• Provide technical guidance to Service Technicians when necessary.

Job description

KeyResponsibilities

• Ensure all service activities complywith Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company safetyprocedures.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance oftools, equipment, and company assets.
• Support quotation preparation for repair and maintenance works where required.
• Assist in planning maintenance schedules and manpower deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Service Technicians when necessary.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diplomaor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or arelated discipline.
• Minimum3–5 years of ACMV servicing and maintenance experience.

• Possessa Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred.
• Willingto travel to customer sites across Singapore.
• Able to attend after-office hours or emergency breakdowns when required.
