Job summary

UCOOL SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled ACMV professional to service, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and install ACMV systems while leading a team to support operations and client needs.

The role requires strong communication in English and Mandarin, with an emphasis on safety and teamwork to ensure high-quality service delivery across client sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant ACMV experience.
• Class 3 driving license.
• Immediate availability to start work.
• Experience with Daikin/Mitsubishi/Toshiba an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform ACMV servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair ACMV systems to restore functionality efficiently.
• Install Split units, VRV systems, chilled water systems, and ducting works according to specifications.
• Maintain tools and technical equipment in good working condition to support service quality.
• Follow company safety policies and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage and lead a team of workers and provide operational support to teams and clients.
• Communicate effectively with customers in English and Mandarin to facilitate service delivery.

• Install Split units, VRV systems, chilled water systems, and ducting works according to specifications

• Follow company safety policies and practices to ensure a safe working environment


• Manage and lead a team of workers and provide operational support to teams and clients


• Communicate effectively with customers in English and Mandarin to facilitate service delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience working with MNC agents such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, or Toshiba is an advantage


• Possess a Class 3 driving license


• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the ACMV industry


• Ability to start work immediately
