Job summary

ONE CONSULTING (GLOBAL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional in Singapore to lead maintenance of ACMV and building mechanical systems, ensuring reliability and compliance.

You will conduct routine inspections, implement preventive maintenance, and coordinate with owners, users, consultants, and contractors to deliver technically sound solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of central ACMV systems, chillers, cooling towers, AHU and general building mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of maintenance operations, servicing, and repairs for ACMV, ventilation and mechanical plant infrastructure.
• Ensure all rectification jobs are completed efficiently.
• Implement, manage, and track preventive and corrective maintenance programs in full compliance with corporate guidelines and statutory regulations.
• Cultivate a safe working environment by ensuring all engineering activities strictly adhere to established risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Conduct routine, detailed site inspections of existing mechanical systems to evaluate performance, serviceability, and wear-and-tear.
• Formulate and propose technically feasible solutions while serving as the primary liaison for owners, users, consultants, and contractors regarding engineering requirements.
