Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a Senior Drafter (ACMV) to contribute to mechanical and electrical building services. The role focuses on drafting, BIM coordination, and delivering compliant drawings in line with project specifications.

You will prepare tender and shop drawings, review consultant drawings, and coordinate MEP services using AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit. The position offers a 1-year contract with potential conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting ACMV/MEP drawings for building services.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and BIM tools (Navisworks, Revit).
• Knowledge of shop drawings and drawing control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender drawings including layouts, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
• Review consultant drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Create 2D/3D drawings from contract drawings and technical submissions.
• Coordinate MEP services using AutoCAD and Navisworks workflows.
• Produce shop and installation drawings from coordinated models.
• Develop Revit models and families for project delivery.
• Attend CAD/BIM meetings and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain drawing records and documentation control.
• Prepare operation/maintenance drawings and site as-builts.

Senior Drafter (ACMV)

• Basic salary: Up to $6,300 + bonus (maximum 3 months).


• Working Location: Commonwealth Drive


• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM


• Employment starts with a 1-year contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position based on performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare tender drawings, including layouts, schematics, and single-line diagrams.


• Review consultant design drawings and specifications.


• Support the project team with technical delivery using the required software.


• Create 2D and 3D drawings based on contract drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.


• Coordinate all MEP services using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Navisworks platforms.


• Prepare shop and installation drawings based on coordinated models.


• Create Revit models and Revit families.


• Attend CAD and BIM drawing coordination meetings.


• Ensure all drawings are prepared on time and comply with specifications and quality requirements.


• Submit shop drawings and obtain approval from clients.


• Prepare working drawings for site installation.


• Prepare as-built drawings based on site installation and obtain client approval.


• Assist in managing the drafting department and maintain drawing records.


• Prepare operation and maintenance manual drawings and records.


• Maintain all project drawings and ensure proper documentation control.
