Job summary

KINDEN CORPORATION in Singapore is seeking a BIM/CAD Draftsman to join our project team. You will develop and document BIM-models per company standards, focusing on M&E piping, ACMV, HVAC, and electrical layouts.

You will coordinate with clients and consultants, prepare drawings for tenders and submissions, and ensure deadlines are met. The ideal candidate has BIM experience, Revit proficiency, and a proven 3 years in M&E drafting.

Qualifications

• Specialist BIM diploma preferred.
• Proficient in CAD software and BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit.
• Minimum 3 years of related drafting experience in M&E (ACMV) in Construction.

Responsibilities

• Work in Project Team to develop and document Project BIM-Model according to Company standards and processes

Requirements

• Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) preferred


• Good knowledge of CAD software and well-versed in using BIM software / tools, such as Autodesk Revit


• Minimum 3 years of related drafting experience in the M&E (ACMV) in Construction Industry


• Possess strong initiative, resourceful, independent and technologically forward-looking
