Singapore Management University is seeking an Accreditation Data Coordinator to support AACSB and other quality assurance processes. You will collect, verify and maintain accreditation data, and prepare reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years' experience, show strong analytical and organizational skills, and are proficient in MS Office and data visualization tools. Familiarity with LMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data validation and accuracy.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage large document volumes.
• Good writing and organizational skills with clear communication.
• Proven ability to collaborate with faculty, staff and external stakeholders.
• Experience with MS Office and data visualization tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with accreditation, quality assurance, or compliance is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support AACSB and other accreditation exercises and CIR reports.
• Coordinate with faculty and offices to collect and verify data.
• Support AoL activities and maintain related records and documentation.
• Compile, verify and organise assessment materials for audits.
• Maintain accreditation databases and digital repositories.
• Assist in preparing accreditation reports, dashboards and infographics.
• Provide admin support for accreditation activities and meetings.
