Enterprise Singapore is seeking an Officer to support SACiNET, the Singapore Accreditation Council's digital platform, ensuring smooth operations, data quality and user support. You will liaise with SAC teams, IT vendors and internal stakeholders to drive improvements and governance.

The role involves clarifying requirements, supporting UAT, coordinating enhancements, and generating dashboards and reports to monitor performance. A background in information systems or related fields is preferred.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years experience in system administration or digital transformation.
• Experience with enterprise applications like Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with UAT and requirement gathering is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• SACiNET Operations & User Support: Serve as the first point of contact for SAC officers, assessors, committee members and CABs on SACiNET-related matters.
• Manage and resolve user enquiries, incidents and service requests.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and EnterpriseSG Digital, Data & IT Division (DDI) on issue investigation and resolution.
• Track support tickets and monitor compliance with SLAs.
• Maintain user accounts, access rights and system administration functions.
• Business Process Improvement & System Enhancements: Gather and document business requirements from SAC operational teams.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation and deployment of enhancements.
• Work with product owners and vendors to improve workflows, automation and user experience.
• Monitor enhancement requests and maintain an enhancement backlog.
• Support AI digitalisation initiatives related to SAC accreditation processes.
• Data Management & Reporting: Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of SACiNET records.
• Generate operational, management and KPI reports from SACiNET.
• Support data analysis for accreditation operations, volunteer deployment and service performance monitoring.
• Assist management in preparing dashboards, reports and presentations.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Prepare and maintain user guides, FAQs and training materials.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher briefings for SAC officers, assessors, committee members and CABs.
• Coordinate communications relating to system changes, upgrades and new functionalities.
• Gather user feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Project & Vendor Management: Support governance meetings, project reviews and service management activities.
• Monitor vendor performance and track project milestones, risks and action items.
• Assist in procurement-related activities, contract administration and documentation management.
• Maintain project records, test evidence, change requests and system documentation.
• Administrative Support: Maintain records and documentation relating to SACiNET governance.
• Support preparation of management papers, presentations and committee updates.
