Job summary

RUDI'S FINE FOOD PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage monthly financial reporting and AP/AR processes. The role includes preparing P&L and balance sheets, posting supplier invoices in ERP, and handling cash, cheques, and SOAs for customers.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Accountancy, 2 years of relevant experience, and strong MS Office skills to ensure accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal communications and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, audit schedules, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Tally monthly stock and movement located at 3rd party warehouse.
• Assist in closing monthly raw meat stock.
• Verify and post suppliers invoices into ERP system.
• Daily collection and enter all customer payments into ERP system on timely basis.
• Prepare and update Debtor Aging List on weekly basis and liaise with stakeholders on AR aging status.
• Prepare bank in cheques and cash twice weekly.
• Arrange weekly petty cash reimbursement.
• Prepare and send SOA to all customers in the 1st week of the month.
• Ensure collection and distribution of daily mails.
• Support in other ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Management.
