Job summary

RSM Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable clerk to handle the full spectrum of AR and AP for the RSM Singapore group.

Your duties include verifying supplier invoices, processing payments, maintaining the daily cash/bank book, and assisting in month-end closing with a team.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, basic computer knowledge, and a detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accounting /Finance or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge
• Organised, detailed and deadline oriented
• Able to work both independently and equally in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable for RSM Singapore group of companies.
• Verifying and processing supplier invoices
• Check and verify staff claims
• Prepare payment via various modes
• Maintain daily cash/bank book
• Answering phone calls from customers/suppliers
• Prepare monthly payment schedules
• Handling in partial sets of accounts and assist in month-end closing
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
