Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Officer (AR) to manage payments, receivables and invoicing for local and export projects. The role is based at our Ubi Ave office with standard hours, from Monday to Friday.

You should have an ITE or accounting diploma, with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Preference is given to those with professional qualifications (ACCA or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE or diploma in accountancy. Preferred financial qualification (i.e., Finance, ACCA, Business) or any other relevant certification which is internationally recognized.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably from an international organization with a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Registering and updating all payments
• Follow up on outstanding receivables
• Invoicing of local projects, export sales, service and maintenance
• Monthly Reconciliation on the outstanding
• Local regulatory reporting
• Other financial duties and schedules
• Backup finance department during their absences
• Other administration duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager or the Management team
