WECRUIT Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections professional in Singapore to manage customer accounts, monitor overdue balances, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes. You will record payments and maintain master data while supporting month-end closing with accurate AR records.

The role emphasizes timely collections, AR reconciliations, and process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the finance function.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances.
• Manage collection activities and ensure timely settlements.
• Address inquiries and resolve invoice, payment, and billing disputes.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Record and allocate incoming payments accurately.
• Maintain customer master data and account records.
• Escalate long-outstanding or high-risk accounts.
• Prepare monthly Statements of Account and AR Aging Reports.
• Provide weekly updates on collection status and outstanding balances.
• Perform regular AR reconciliations and support month-end closing.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting schedules as needed.

Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding and overdue balances.
• Manage collection activities and ensure timely settlement of receivables.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve invoice, payment, and billing disputes.
• Coordinate with customers and relevant internal departments to resolve discrepancies and collection issues.
• Record and allocate incoming payments accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and account records.
• Escalate and follow up on long-outstanding or high-risk accounts where required.

Reporting & Reconciliation

• Prepare monthly Statements of Account and AR Aging Reports.
• Provide weekly updates on collection status, overdue accounts, and outstanding balances.
• Perform regular and month-end AR reconciliations.
• Investigate variances and ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
• Support the month-end closing process and ensure AR records are complete and accurate.

Audit & Compliance

• Ensure proper maintenance of AR documentation and supporting records.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests relating to accounts receivable.
• Provide supporting schedules, documentation, and explanations as required.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy.
