in Singapore is seeking a responsible Accounts Receivable (AR) / Credit Controller cum Admin to support finance, sales and project teams in a growing aluminium and glass business. You will handle quotations, invoicing, AR ageing, credit checks, and general administration, ensuring accurate customer records and timely payments while coordinating with cross-functional departments to keep processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in AR, credit control, accounts administration or sales coordination preferred.
• Experience in aluminium & glass, construction, renovation, building materials or hardware industry is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of invoicing, payment terms and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Quotation & Sales Coordination: Assist the Sales Team in preparing customer quotations, coordinate with Sales, Technical and Project Teams, prepare templates and documents, update records and track status.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue invoices, monitor payments, maintain customer records, match payments, and prepare statements.
• Credit Control: Monitor credit status, follow terms, maintain overdue lists, contact customers and escalate issues.
• Finance Coordination: Support daily AR activities, monthly reconciliation, and month-end closing tasks.
• General Administration: Maintain organized records, handle filing, and coordinate between departments.
