Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Finance Associate to handle accounts receivable and related billing inquiries in Singapore. The role involves calling patients to collect outstanding payments, assisting with bills, Medisave, and financial aid, and resolving disputes to move cases to closure.

The ideal candidate holds a GCE A Level or Diploma in Accountancy with 1 year of AR/Collections experience, and a strong customer service/admin background may also be considered.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level or Diploma in Accountancy.
• Minimum 1 year of AR, Collections or Credit Control experience preferred.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of customer service and administrative experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform reminder calls to patients to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist patients with enquiries on outstanding bills, Medisave and financial assistance.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment disputes.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure cases are followed through to closure.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and follow-ups.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on Accounts Receivable matters.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
