Job summary

CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a 2-year renewable contract at our Northwest location (Bukit Gombak/Tengah). You will handle customer inquiries, perform cashiering, and oversee end-to-end AR activities from invoicing to receipts.

The ideal candidate holds a NITEC in Accounting with 1-2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Accounting with min 1-2 years relevant working experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
• People oriented with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handling customers' enquiries as well as performing cashiering duties.
• Perform Accounts Receivable
• Manages all activities from invoices received /issued to payments/receipts
• Maintain accurate financial records of payables / receivables transactions
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
