Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an accounts receivable professional for a 9-month contract in Singapore.

The role covers reminder calls, billing enquiries, disputes, and coordinating with stakeholders to close cases, with end-of-contract gratuity. Candidates with an A level or Diploma in Accountancy and 1 year AR experience are preferred; 2 years CS/administrative experience may also be considered. The position is on-site in Bukit Merah.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level or Diploma in Accountancy.
• Minimum 1 year of Accounts Receivable / collections experience.
• Customer service or administrative experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform reminder calls to patients on outstanding payments.
• Assist patients with enquiries on outstanding bills, Medisave and financial assistance.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment disputes.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure cases are followed through to closure.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and follow-ups.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on Accounts Receivable matters.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
