SOLARGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Manager in Singapore to oversee daily accounting, AP, payroll, and HR administrative functions. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across financial operations and personnel administration.

You'll lead the Accounts team, coordinate with external auditors, banks, and insurers, and ensure proper records, payroll processing, and onboarding for new hires, while reinforcing internal controls and process improvements.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience with prior supervisory or team leadership.

Mansioni

• Oversee the Company's day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate and timely financial records.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice verification, payment processing, supplier reconciliation, and payment scheduling.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely settlement of supplier and other business obligations.
• Prepare accounting schedules, reports, and supporting documentation for management review and audit.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks, suppliers, and other financial stakeholders as required.
• Ensure accounting processes comply with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
