Allied Outsourcing Services Pte. Ltd. seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the accounting team, manage full sets of accounts and oversee payroll processing for clients. Strong knowledge of Singapore regulations and proficiency with cloud accounting tools like QuickBooks Online, Xero, or JustLogin are preferred. The role is based in Singapore with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining full sets of accounts for multiple clients.
• Payroll processing and GST filing knowledge.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate recording of all accounting transactions
• Process day-to-day accounting activities, including monthly HR/payroll processing and quarterly GST filing to comply with regulatory requirements
• Verify and process client-submitted expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Authorize and record all payments and receipts following accounting best practices to maintain financial integrity
• Prepare accounting schedules, reconcile accounts, and generate management and cash flow reports to support financial decision-making
• Complete timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to meet organizational deadlines
• Compile unaudited financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities to facilitate audits and compliance processes
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support company operations
