Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Manager (AP) to oversee full accounts payable functions from its central office in Singapore.

The role includes supervising the AP team, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and coordinating with the GL and external auditors. The location will relocate to Paya Lebar / Tai Seng area around Q2 2027. Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5–7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable.
• Supervise and guide the accounts payable team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of WHT and vendor records.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections and monitor funds for payments.
• Close liaison with GL and bank reconciliation items; assist month end/year end closings.
• Prepare AP reports for month end and year end closings; assist in audit processes.
