KuMo in Singapore is seeking an accounts payable professional to ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors and staff.

You will review invoices, code and match entries, process payments via EFT or remittance, and maintain orderly records.

The role emphasizes compliance, cash management, and collaboration with procurement and finance to resolve discrepancies, with 3–5 years' experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Understanding of basic accounting principles and how to accurately process invoices and payments.
• Knowledge of invoice processing, including coding, matching, and verification against PO/receipts.
• Awareness of taxes and their impact on accounts payable, including GST and withholding tax.
• Familiarity with accounting software and data entry.
• Ability to use office productivity tools for reporting and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify invoices and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
• Process payments to vendors and staff via electronic transfers or remittance.
• Record and track expenses with proper coding to accounts.
• Maintain organised records of financial transactions related to accounts payable.
• Reconcile payments with invoices, resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Monitor cash position and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance to resolve payment issues.
• Identify process improvements to streamline accounts payable.
