Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a contract Accounts Payable assistant to support the finance team. Based at Bukit Merah, you will handle a high volume of vendor invoices, verify details, and post entries into the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role runs for 3 months with office hours Monday to Friday. Candidates with GCE O Level, Diploma or similar qualifications are welcome, especially those with accounts payable experience.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, A Level or Diploma welcome to apply.
• Relevant accounts payable experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of invoices and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform invoice checking and administrative duties
• Receive, capture and process high volumes of vendor invoices
• Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents
• Verify invoice quantities, prices and terms
• Post verified invoices accurately and promptly into the financial system, such as SAP
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
