Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to oversee AP operations across SEA entities. You will partner with the AP Shared Services/GSC team in the Philippines to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and prompt resolution of vendor inquiries.

The role also covers weekly payment processing, supplier statement reconciliations, month-end close support, cash flow forecasting, staff reimbursements, and aiding the transition of AP functions to the GSC center,

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable operations for entities across the SEA region.
• Partner with the AP Shared Services/GSC team in the Philippines to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.
• Handle invoice and payment queries , coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Manage weekly payment processing while ensuring adherence to internal controls and approval procedures.
• Process and administer employee reimbursements.
• Perform supplier statement and weekly bank reconciliations , investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing and weekly cash flow forecasting activities.
• Assist in the transition and centralization of AP functions to the GSC team, ensuring a seamless migration.
• Undertake other ad hoc accounting and finance duties as required.
