Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment vouchers and expense claim verification.
• Validate supplier invoices against purchase orders, delivery orders and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completion.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and accounts payable transactions in accordance with established procedures.
• Coordinate payment runs and execute payments through approved banking channels, including GIRO and bank transfers.
• Reconcile supplier accounts, identify discrepancies and follow through on outstanding payment matters.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and facilitate timely payments.
• Ensure proper maintenance, organisation and retrieval of financial documentation.
• Assist in month-end closing, balance reconciliations and audit-related reporting requirements.
• Monitor adherence to internal financial controls, company policies and accounting procedures.
• Support process improvements and perform other finance-related duties as required.
