WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Accounts Payable professional in Singapore to manage end-to-end AP processes, verify invoices, and process payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support month-end activities. The role involves maintaining records, processing multiple payment methods, and assisting with audits as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Handle end-to-end accounts payable activities.
• Review supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Maintain and update accounting records and accounts payable data.
• Prepare payment runs and process payments through GIRO, bank transfers and other approved methods.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in coordination with vendors.
• Follow up with internal departments and suppliers on outstanding invoices and payment enquiries.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing records.
• Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations and audit schedules.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies and accounting procedures.
• Perform additional finance and administrative duties as assigned.
