WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for an accounts payable Clerk to handle invoices, verify against POs and delivery orders, and prepare timely payment batches. You will maintain AP records and liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies while supporting month-end close and audit documentation.

The role requires accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with internal controls, with opportunities to contribute to broader finance tasks as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers and staff expense claims accurately and within established timelines.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, delivery orders and relevant supporting documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
• Prepare payment batches and facilitate payments through bank transfers, GIRO and other approved payment methods.
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies with vendors.
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers regarding outstanding invoices, payment status and related queries.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, payment records and other financial documents.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, account reconciliations and audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and established accounting procedures.
• Provide support for other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
