Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounts payable professional to maintain creditors' records, process interco billing, and handle fixed assets-related AP batches in a Singapore-based role.

The successful candidate will manage monthly AP aging, execute payments twice per month, and perform revenue accruals when required. A Diploma in Finance/Accounting and at least 3 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in finance/accountancy is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in accounts payable is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain creditors' records and IBG payment records.
• Batch accounts payable for intercompany billing and fixed assets processing.
• Batch accounts payable for prepayments and accruals; reconcile AP sub-ledger to GL.
• Run monthly AP aging report and execute payments twice monthly or as needed.
