Responsibilities

• Receive and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and approvals.
• Enter invoices into accounting system and ensure proper expense coding.
• Process payments to vendors accurately and on time.
• Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve vendor issues.
• Maintain vendor accounts and update information as needed.
• Communicate payment status with vendors and inquiries.
• Prepare and distribute AP reports such as aging and payment status.
• Assist in financial reporting related to accounts payable.
