WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to support day-to-day accounting tasks in our Singapore office.

You will handle AP and invoice processing, ensure accurate recording of transactions, and assist with staff claims and expense reimbursements. Responsibilities include preparing payment runs, maintaining payment documentation, performing basic reconciliations, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting month-end closing along with ad-hoc finance tasks.

Qualificações

• Experience handling AP and invoice processing.
• Familiarity with month-end closing tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Handle AP and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely recording of transactions.
• Process staff claims and expense reimbursements.
• Prepare payment runs and maintain payment documentation.
• Perform basic account reconciliations, filing, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on invoice and payment matters.
• Support month-end closing and other ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks.
