You will also handle GST and withholding tax filings, liaise with tax agents and auditors, and assist with corporate tax filings while coordinating with HQ teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and approve Accounts Payable (AP) transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage month-end closing activities, including journal entries and recharge invoices.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets and expenses.
• Prepare audit schedules, management reports, and supporting documentation.
• Handle GST and withholding tax filings while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with tax agents and auditors on tax and audit matters.
• Assist with corporate tax filing and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate accounting and tax matters with the HQ teams.
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required by the superior.
