Job summary

The position is for 6 months with 5 vacancies, located in Bukit Merah. Prior AP or finance experience is advantageous, with SAP experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, capture and process a high volume of vendor invoices.
• Verify invoices against Purchase Orders and supporting documents.
• Check quantities, prices, and payment terms for accuracy.
• Post verified invoices into SAP accurately.
• Assist with general AP administrative duties.
• Ensure invoices are processed timely.
