Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated individual for a 6-month accounts payable support role in Bukit Merah, Singapore. You will assist with data entry, invoice checking, and document verification to help the AP team run smoothly.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good communication to coordinate with vendors and internal teams. Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Check supplier invoices and supporting documents in Ariba VIMS.
• Verify invoice details, including vendor name, invoice number, date and amount.
• Ensure delivery orders and proof of delivery documents are complete.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.
