Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Accounts Payable clerk in Bukit Merah, Singapore for a 6-month contract. You will receive, capture and process a high volume of vendor invoices, verify against POs and supporting documents, and ensure accuracy in postings into the SAP system.

The role requires data entry proficiency, attention to detail, and prior AP/finance experience. SAP experience is an advantage for handling high-volume administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Data entry speed and accuracy with high-volume paperwork.
• Experience in AP/finance or administrative roles is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Receive, capture & process a high volume of vendor invoices
• Verify and match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents
• Check quantities, prices & payment terms for accuracy
• Post verified invoices into the SAP system
• Assist with general AP administrative duties
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time
