Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented accounting professional to handle daily AP and AR in Singapore. You will process invoices, payments and receipts, ensure proper approvals, and maintain accurate records.

Key duties include reviewing supplier invoices, performing bank reconciliations, recording transactions in Xero, assisting with month‑end close, and preparing audit schedules. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and keep well‑organized financial files.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily AP/AR operations: invoice processing, payments and receipts.
• Review supplier invoices, supporting documents and required approvals before payment.
• Prepare payment vouchers, process online bank transfers, and staff claims/reimbursements.
• Generate customer invoices and credit notes; follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of balances and records.
• Record and maintain financial transactions in Xero with proper documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, accounts schedules and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized electronic filing of financial records.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
