Job summary

Our Client in Singapore, an Electronics Manufacturing MNC, seeks an accounts payable specialist to manage AP end-to-end, including journal entries, month-end close and bank reconciliations.

You will prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, budgets and audit schedules, and ensure GST, withholding tax and corporate tax compliance in line with regulations. Coordinate with auditors and regional finance teams.

Qualifications

• ACCA / accounting degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years AP experience in manufacturing.
• Audit firm background is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP function including review, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, budgets, and audit schedules.
• Ensure GST, withholding tax, and corporate tax compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders for audits.
• Liaise with regional/HQ finance teams and perform assigned accounting duties.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts payable function, including review, journal entries, month-end closing, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, budgets, and audit schedules to support business operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST, withholding tax, and corporate tax compliance in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders to facilitate audits and tax filings.
• Coordinate with regional/HQ finance teams and perform accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. ACCA / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of Accounts Payable experience in Manufacturing / Production environment
• Prior background from Audit firm is required
