Job summary

DHC Construction PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant to manage end-to-end payroll processing for staff and workers.

You will prepare payroll bank transactions, generate monthly payroll reports for department heads, and ensure timely closing of accounts. The role requires a Diploma in Accounting & Finance, at least 5 years of accounting experience, strong MS Word/Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to work independently with precision; Mandarin knowledge is a

• Min Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting & finance.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & any ERP accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Knowledge in Mandarin languages to handle queries and feedbacks to associates, clients and customers.
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
